The Next Pokemon TCG Scarlet And Violet Expansion Is Up For Preorder

The Pokemon Trading Card Game is once again expanding, this time with the arrival of Scarlet and Violet's Paradox Rift expansion on November 3. Several different formats are now up for preorder, including the massive Booster Box, value-oriented Booster Bundle, and the Elite Trainer Box (which could sell out). Booster Box or value-oriented Booster Bundle.

Paradox Rift isn't the only new Pokemon TCG set on the block, as the Pokemon TCG 151 Ultra-Premium Collection sets drop on September 22--with preorders also live at Best Buy. If you’re a My Best Buy Plus or Total member, 10% on Pokemon cards, so consider signing up if you’re a frequent shopper and want to save a few bucks on your preorders.

Looking to snag the most Paradox Rift cards possible? Then check out the Booster Box, which includes 36 booster packs. This includes new Ancient and Future Pokemon, as well as 15 new Pokemon ex and over 20 Trainer cards.

Nab six booster packs for just $27 with this bundle. Each booster pack features 10 cards and one Basic Energy--and since you need a 60-card deck to play the Pokemon TCG, this is a great way to expand your collection.

Unlike the other bundles that drop on November 3, this one arrives on October 20. Inside you’ll find an etched foil promo card featuring Charizard ex, two foil cards featuring Charmander and Charmeleon, six booster packs, a magnetic card protector, 65 card sleeves, and a Pokemon TCG Live code.

They’re not currently up for preorder, but individual Paradox Rift Booster Packs will soon be available at Best Buy for just $4.49 each. Consider picking up a few if you only need to augment your existing deck or simply want to check out the new cards without a big investment.
